Trump declares his faith

At a rally in Las Vegas last week, the Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump declared that he is “a Protestant, a Presbyterian”, writes James Roberts. According to Spero News, he was responding to remarks by his Seventh-day Adventist rival Ben Carson, about Trump’s faith. But Ben said something very nasty to me, about my faith. I’m a religious person. I’m Protestant. I’m Presbyterian.” Six of the leading Republican candidates (Jeb Bush, Chris Christie, Bobby Jindal, George Pataki, Marco Rubio and Rick Santorum) are Catholic.
