Masses for gay and lesbian Catholics in Soho, central London, may have ended but the community they served continues to grow. A year ago the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) group that had regularly attended the Warwick Street Church of Our Lady of the Assumption and St Gregory for the twice-a-month “Soho Masses” – opposed by some Catholics – moved to the Jesuit Church of the Immaculate Conception, better-known just as Farm Street after its location in Mayfa
