Some years ago an Italian parish adapted a Pentecostal Korean evangelisation strategy to its own needs. Pecs is now recognised by the Pontifical Council for the Laity and is taking root in Britain and beyond After four years as parish priest of Holy Innocents’ parish in Orpington, Kent, Father Victor Vella  was suffering from what he calls “holy restlessness” and he began to ask himself what he was doing. A priest for 26 years, he felt he was having a crisis of identity.
