Synod bishop sent to Coventry
When the Church of England’s House of Bishops voted 43-1 in support of a report backing traditional teaching on marriage at General Synod, many wondered whom the lone voice of dissent could belong to.

Bishop Cocksworth is in good company: earlier this month singer Will.i.am, who is a judge on ITV talent show The Voice, helped a contestant to pass the audition phase by accidentally pressing his voting button during his performance.
