Dr Whittle should not ‘cow tow’ to the socialist agenda of excluding religion from all serious education, or have ‘swallowed’ the disingenuous secularist elision of “confessional” with “NARROWLY confessional” education. Education degenerates to indoctrination only to the extent that it is narrow, and must otherwise be confessional if it is to carry any conviction about the true value (and valuable truth) of what it is the teaching of. Those who deny this, do not believe in knowledge as such at all, but only in perception and logic, whose limited scope Dr Whittle, therefore, for no other conceivable reason, attributes to human knowledge.
