Prophetic Francis opposed by his high priests

I have been reading your report on the Synod on Family life. The reported reflection of Pope Francis on the Doctors of Law was prophetic and on target. A cardinal is reported to have said that it is better that Pope Francis goes before he ruins the Church.

Nothing surprising to those familiar with the New Testament and the life of Jesus. The High Priest Caiaphas said during Jesus' trial that it was better that one person dies rather than the whole nation perish. Whether it is Jesus in his times, the Second Vatican Council and its vision, or Pope Francis and the Synod on Family, the tension between the prophetic element and the institutional religion is ever present. Jesus had said to the guardians of his times that the Sabbath was for man and not man for the Sabbath. The need of the hour against the Synod on Family is to realise that doctrines and laws are for the service of men and women and not vice versa.
