It is 90 years since the Catholic Worker movement began, and more than 40 since its founder died. She spoke in her final days of her feelings of failure. In the fifth in her granddaughter’s series of nine signposts for those who are looking to follow her, we hear her voice encouraging us to continue opening our hearts, even though it will inevitably lead to suffering.
