As a project, it all started a decade ago at the edge of a cricket pitch at Ampleforth College. Today it is ­cutting carbon emissions from ­agriculture and will be among the exciting new initiatives for carbon capture and utilisation given a platform in Glasgow when the world gathers there in a week’s time for COP26, the UN Climate Change Conference.
