In a month characterised by a resolve to renew our lives, our usual plan is to switch to a lighter diet or to take more exercise. This January, however, there’s a new eating phenomenon offering an even greater test of will. It is called “Veganuary”, one month of eating only plant-based foods – no meat, fish or dairy.
