Join us for a  fascinating  panel discussion on how the mental health landscape has been changed by the pandemic and the role of leadership in promoting mentally-healthy workplaces. The webinar will also cover the theme of Christian forgiveness and suggest some practical ways to engage with the ‘new normal’.

Host for the event - Ruth Gledhill – Online Editor – The Tablet

Ruth is an English journalist and former religious affairs correspondent for The Times, where she worked for more than 25 years. Her role there made her last full-time National newspaper journalist covering religious affairs in the UK. She joined The Tablet in 2017 and is currently online editor.  She has written and edited a number of books and is a regular commentator on television and radio programmes. 

 

Panel:

Rachel Kelly is an author and mental health advocate. She has worked as a journalist at The Times, and is the author of the books Black Rainbow, Walking on Sunshine, The Happy Kitchen and Singing in the Rain.

Keith Leslie is a  leadership mentor, speaker and author of A Question of Leadership - Leading Change in Times of Crisis.  He is a former partner at McKinsey and Deloitte who has advised companies, government, NHS and churches  on promoting mentally-healthy workplaces. He is Chair of Samaritans in the UK & Ireland and Chair of Mental Health At Work CIC. He was previously Chair of Mental Health Foundation, and has also served as Chair of Build Africa .

Dr Rosemary Keenan is a qualified Social Worker and Chief Executive Officer of the Catholic Children’s Society (Westminster) which provides Rainbows Bereavement training to school staff, therapy and counselling services to children in schools and mental health training for education and other professionals working with children.
