Join Ed Stourton, a British broadcaster and presenter of the BBC Radio 4 programme Sunday as he talks to Miriam Duignan a Trustee at Wijngaards Institute for Catholic Research; Mark Dowd, a former Dominican friar turned BBC journalist and the presenter of a number of award winning television programs on faith and religious belief, and Julian Paparella, a Canadian doctoral student at the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Marriage and Family in Rome.
Together they’ll discuss the 2023 declaration on Catholic doctrine - Fiducia supplicans – which allows Catholic priests to bless couples who are not considered to be married according to church teaching including same sex couples.
