Speaker: Canon Luiz Ruscillo

Canon Luiz was born in Askam-in-Furness in Cumbria. His father is half Italian-half English and his mother is from Portugal. He went to Rome at the age of 18 to study for the priesthood returning to his Diocese of Lancaster as a graduate of the Pontifical Biblical Institute. A priest for over 30 years and formerly the Director of Education for the Diocese he has served in Preston, Blackpool, Lancaster and is now based in Carlisle.
