Subsequent to this article the Pope Emeritus has said more-or his secretary has, because I’ve read that he is now so infirm that can’t write. Anyway, I have seen that in his long and defensive response he asserted that a priest exposing his genitals to two young girls was no abuse. There were other dodgy assertions. All appalling and he/those around him need to stop rationalising his actions and inactions.
