Collette McGovern is a Senior Research and Policy Analyst at the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. Her work at the Conference has a particular focus on domestic affairs, which includes “life” issues. She is about to complete a doctorate in human rights law and also serves as an “Expert Advisor” on human rights issues to the Holy See’s Permanent Observer Mission to the United Nations in New York.
