For Simon Binner it was always going to be tempting to disrupt the relentless progress of motor neurone disease, even if that meant arranging to surrender his life; so a trip to Switzerland and a lethal infusion was always going to be an option.We saw Simon, the subject of How To Die: Simon’s Choice (10 February), in a few bits of video taken before his diagnosis and heard about him from friends and family.
