Priest School, a documentary narrated by Daniela Nardini (BBC Scotland; 19 April), follows a group of seminarians for a year as they train at the Scots College in Rome. It’s the first time the college – Scotland’s oldest overseas institution – has opened its doors to TV cameras, and we witness worship, celebration and ordination with a Scottish flavour from the Eternal City. Songs of Praise (BBC1) is adapting to the Covid-19 crisis and for the coming weeks will continue to feature refreshed episodes with relevant moments from previous series, as well as new interviews with figures such as the next Archbishop of York.
