Bishops accuse leaders


South SUDAN’S Catholic bishops urged leaders to “take more risks” to bring peace to their country, writes Fredrick Nzwili. President Salva Kiir and his former deputy Riek Machar, engaged in a conflict that has cost tens of thousands of lives since December 2013, signed a pact on Monday. They have broken six earlier ones.
