The idea of losing is essential to the Christian life. In fact, Jesus tells us that “those who lose their life will find it” (cf. Mt 16:25). However, we shouldn’t stop at the concept of losing. Christianity is fullness. The cross is a passage; the goal is to possess God. Now, in order to possess God, we must put aside our own will in order to live the will of God.
