Voting and dancing, Egyptians are writing their future, says Anglican bishop in Cairo


What does the new constitution that Egyptians have been voting on this week amount to? Some say it is better news for women and religious minorities than the previous sharia-based one, while others fear it hands too much power to the military. The Anglican bishop in Cairo, Mouneer Anis, explains in detail why he can say: "I can see my beloved country standing on the doorstep of a new day."
