Why should one believe that PwC's recommendations will be any differently received or implemented? Until and unless Francis makes it so very painful to NOT implement recommended changes of which he approves and signs off, it will simply be more of the "same-old, same-old."
Color me EXTREMELY skeptical when it comes to this matter.
