It’s not all left to chance

Knowing ourselves is the work of a lifetime but the Myers Briggs Type Indicator has a proven record of helping people to understand their own personalities so that they can work better with others Each of us is unique. Although some of our characteristics are shared with other people, others are not. Knowing about those similarities and differences can help deepen self-awareness and improve relationships in our families, in our workplaces and in our parish. In ancient Greece, the inscription over the entrance to the Temple of Apollo at Delphi was “Man, Know Thyself”. Wise words indeed; it may be argued that we spend the whole of our lives struggling to understand who we really are. The process might start with an understanding of our own gifts, as well as our limitations. The
