I subscribe to the paper edition of The Tablet but can't find my subscription number
You will find your subscription number on the address label (carrier sheet) that arrives with your copy of The Tablet every week.

I get this error message: "PD UL session (user ID) not found"
Please start over by:
1. Going to Subscriber Access (top left menu)
2. Click on Log Out
3. Click on Log In again
4. Enter your email address all in lower case
5. Then your subscription number (including all the zeros but WITHOUT the last letter)
6. And at least 4 letters of your surname - first line of your address

The Tablet website keeps asking me for my login password and will not let me read the articles
That is happening because your internet browser is blocking cookies from The Tablet. In order to have access to the articles, you need to allow The Tablet to install the cookie.
In Internet Explorer go to: Tools - Internet options - Privacy - Set level to medium.

Cookies are small files installed in your computer that allow The Tablet website to match your paper subscription. Cookies DO NOT send any unwanted details to the Tablet or third parties.

My subscription number is not being recognized
Make sure you enter all the leading zeros and no letter if one exists.
Also remember that the Surname field is the first line of your label address.
