The opportunity to celebrate Mass in a royal chapel at Windsor Castle associated with Catherine of Aragon had a special significance for Fr Patrick Cope. For he is chaplain to the Tyburn Convent, home of the Shrine of the Martyrs in central London. Last week, Fr Cope said Mass in the Edward IV Chantry Chapel, part of St George’s Chapel, which has an oriel wooden window built for Catherine of Aragon. Henry VIII’s determination to divorce Catherine was the catalyst for the Reformation
