The Vatican Museums have launched an iPhone app to encourage donations to major restoration projects. The “Patrum” app, free to download and browse, allows users to learn about the museums’ collection, help fund restoration projects, and chat with other donors.Users who make the minimum US$10 donation (£6.40) become “silver patrons”.
