New Temple


 
One of the largest Pentecostal churches in Brazil, the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God, last week inaugurated a new 10,000-seat venue in São Paulo.Named the “Temple of Solomon”, the opening ceremony was attended by the President of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff, and other leading politicians who will be candidates in October’s elections – a sign of the continuing political influence of the Pentecostals.The building’s features are intended to recall the Old T
