RUSSELL CROWE’s charm offensive to religious leaders as he promotes his film of the Noah Bible story appears to be paying off. After three failed attempts at securing a meeting and five friendly tweets to the Pope, the Hollywood star managed to shake hands with Francis after a Wednesday audience last month. On Tuesday, the New Zealand-born actor, famous for Gladiator and A Beautiful Mind, switched denominations and met with Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby at Lambeth Palace.
