Oratory offering


 
Situated in one of London’s most affluent areas, South Kensington, the Brompton Oratory is nevertheless seeking new ways to reach out to the poor and vulnerable. Nevertheless, the provost, Fr Julian Large, has issued a rallying call to parishioners, and all who attend the church, to put their faith into action.Fr Large has pointed out that worshipping God through beautiful liturgy – the Oratory is renowned for its sung High Masses – should lead to helping others. “We each have to ask ourselves this question: what can I do to minister to our Lord in his poor and destitute?” he writes in his January letter.
