Healing hands draw hundreds

MORE THAN 1,000 people attended a charismatic-style “healing mission” at a Catholic cathedral in Aberdeen last weekend, writes Brian Morton.

The event was organised by Little Way Healing Ministries and held at St Mary’s Cathedral, whose administrator, Fr Keith Herrera, said: “What really pleased me was the vast number of people from the parish and beyond who came forward for healing prayer.”

The mission began on Thursday evening with laying on of hands and continued until after Mass on Sunday evening. It was led by Pauline Edwards, a qualified nurse, and by Fr Laurence Brassill, an Augustinian friar.
