Whereas one accepts the right of disabled people not to be pressured into suicide, so eloquently argued by Baroness Campbell (“Fatally flawed”, 14 June), the legislation before Parliament is for people in their right mind who are dying painfully and in the last six months of their lives to end the suffering they are enduring.One may not agree with the conscientious decision of such people to bring their lives prematurely to an end but it seems a breach of human rights to deprive the
