I find it very difficult to understand what Edmund P. Adamus (Letters, 19 April) is trying to say, about the use of our Diocesan Palace in Salford. Does he not realise that he, by his arguments, is telling Pope Francis to get out of his “little house” and occupy the palatial Vatican apartments, in all their pomp and splendour?
