I enjoyed your front cover (8 March) packing so much information about the incredible first year of this pontificate. However, without wishing to seem a digital pedant, I think you underplayed the Pope’s presence on Twitter. Pope Francis actually has 12.3 million Twitter followers rather than the 3.74m you claimed. As of midnight on Sunday – if you add his Spanish (5m), Italian (1.5m), and also French, German, Portuguese, Polish and Arabic followers to his English followers (3.7m), it gives you a grand total of 12.3m. This means that he has the second-highest number of followers amongst all world leaders (to Obama’s 41m).
