The news that Jorge Bergoglio had been elected Pope Francis has been welcomed around the world - for all sorts of different reasons. The new Pope is popular with Jews and Muslims but confessed to an Anglican Archbishop he didn't quite see the point of the ordinariate Benedict XVI set up for disaffected Anglicans.
