It is a privilege to lead a school, to work with dedicated, generous and inspiring colleagues, and to be part of children’s lives as they grow into young men and women who have such potential to change the world for the better.I think most heads would have similar feelings. For Catholic heads, there is almost always a strong sense of vocation too. They don’t so much think of having a job or a profession as living out a callin
