In his sixth reflection for Lent, Luke Bell links the story of Christ’s Passion with God’s compassion for humankind, a message that resonates especially in Holy Week Some years ago, a small news item appeared in the press. Is there any information 'out there' to confirm the truth of what Brian Devlin has written? Could witnesses not inform the powers that be through their contributions to the Synod? Or contact Pope Francis via his trusted friends- I would include Austen Ivereigh among these. Am I just a naive old woman?
