Mary, thank you for your 'Europe' article (January 4th).
I'm just wondering where the Republic of Ireland disappeared from in the accompanying map. As I live there I would like to know if we are adrift somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. Or tell Catherine Pain to buy a new atlas! I'd tell Catherine myself except I don't have her email.
