Memorial (14 November), the opening tranche of this impressive three-parter about South America’s protest art movements, found producer Louise Morris in a fishing village outside the Chilean capital, Santiago.

Her first guest was Amanda Jara, whose father, the singer-songwriter Victor Jara, was a victim of the coup by General Pinochet in 1973, detained with several thousand other activists in the notorious Chile Stadium and later found dead with no fewer than 44 bullet holes in his body.
